How to apply?

Application process

Master student, doctoral, PhD students and other applicants who want to participate in the summer course should submit the Application Form by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .

Application Form (download file)

This Application Form must be accompanied by:

  • Name and address of two researchers who are willing to write a letter of recommendation (may include the doctoral / PhD supervisor)

  • Scientific CV.

Deadlines

  • Application Form (Abstract submission): 15th April

  • Notification of accepted abstracts: until 30th April 

  • Paper submission: 15th May

Registration

The registration fee is 200 euros.

It includes:

  • attending all lectures,
  • study visit,
  • lunches,
  • official dinner,
  • accommodation in double room.

Selection of Participants

Participants will be selected by the scientific committee primarily taking into account:

  • Research experience in one or more of the topics of the summer course;

  • Motivations for participation in the Summer Course (extended abstract) and for having a research career.

  • In addition to these criteria, the scientific committee will look for an international mix of participants

The number of participants is limited to 30.
