RSAI has the great pleasure to announce that the jury of the Martin Beckmann Prize has chosen the paper "Good governance, trade and agglomeration (nr.4, p 483-504) by Fabien Candau (Université de Pau) as the best paper published in 2008 in PiRs and thus as the winner of the Martin Beckmann Prize 2009.
