Sustainable Development, Democracy and Election Rules

There is democracy in many countries and regions of the world but some democracies are better than others are regarding the sustainable development of people and places. The question is whether the structure of government and the election rules play a role the performance of democracy.

The aim of the workshop and resulting RSPP Special Issue is, on the one hand, to analyse the relation between the structure of government and election rules and the quality of governance and sustainable development of people and places and , on the other hand, to publish the outcomes of such analysis on a special Topic of RSPP.

Submission of complete papers to:
https://rsaiconnect.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/17577802, for the Special Issue on Sustainable Development, Democracy and Election Rules until March 31, 2021, with foreseen publication of accepted papers online in 2022, and the issue compiled before December 2022.
