We are pleased to inform you that the next World Congress of the Regional Science Association International (RSAI), on “Wellbeing and Sustainability: Regional Science Discussions at the Earth’s Core” will be held in Quito, Ecuador, from 9th to 12th June, 2026.

The 2026 RSAI World Congress welcomes the global regional science community to explore multidisciplinary perspectives on wellbeing and sustainability across regions. Key topics include wellbeing; regional, rural, and city development; spatial planning; climate and environmental change; sustainable development; governance; resilience; innovation; data science; and artificial intelligence—reflecting the Congress’s commitment to advancing wellbeing and sustainability at the Earth’s core.
Abstract submission and Special Sessions submissions will officially open October 31th 2025.
